Rachel has been part of the company for the past six years. She has progressed to her current position thanks to her outstanding skills and “above & beyond” approach.
As the Head of Account Managers, Rachel supervises, oversees, and monitors all the teams in the various industries that we serve.
On top of her great work, Rachel is also responsible for handling over 50 customers, both as a sales representative and an account manager.

Account Manager
Richard has worked in different areas of the BPO industry for 4 years now. He initially began as a customer service representative, but thanks to his remarkable skills it wasn’t too long that he became a team trainer, and later a highly praised account manager.
Richard has joined HireBiz earlier this year and swept all of us with his uncompromised dedication. He upholds notable work ethic towards both our clients and the people he leads. By maintaining thorough communication on both ends, he ensures that all concerns that need to be addressed are met accordingly.
